BEWARE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!
Scammers are on the rise, taking advantage of the festive chaos!
Beware of suspicious texts or calls asking if you tried to purchase items on your debit card.
People continue to receive text alerts about unauthorized amounts with suspicious links for customers to click if they don’t recognize the charge. Don’t click it! The fraudulent link redirects you to a site mimicking your financial institution’s online banking. Once you enter your username and password, scammers contact you via a spoofed number that appears to be from the financial institution to request the code you receive. From there, they take control of your online banking and total control of your funds entirely. Always log in to our website or secure Mobile Banking App to ensure the utmost security for your online banking. By accessing your account directly through our trusted platforms, you can be confident that your personal and financial data are well-protected. Call our Customer Support Center at (270) 982-4TCB when in doubt. Remember, you can also use the chat feature on our website, Online Banking, or the Mobile Banking App!
