How do Credit-Builder Loans work? 

• Deposit
  Once approved, the amount you borrow is set aside in a savings account or certificate of deposit (CD) while you pay off the loan.
• Payments
  You make on-time, monthly payments for the term of the loan.
• Reporting
  The bank reports your payment history to TransUnion Credit Bureau.
• Repayment
  Once you pay the balance in full, you can access the money, minus any interest or fees.

A Secure Credit Card is designed for people looking to build or rebuild their credit. It looks and acts like a traditional credit card, except that you provide a security deposit as collateral. Your credit line will equal the amount of this security deposit. Like a traditional credit card, you make regular, on-time payments toward your balance.¹ The bank will report your credit card account usage and payment history to the TransUnion Credit Bureau, which can help build or restore your good credit.²

Loan Payment Protection Insurance

We offer Loan Payment Protection Insurance on our personal Loans and those loans tied to a mortgage.³ Payment protection is insurance that can be purchased through The Cecilian Bank, protecting your loan in the event of a debilitating accident or death and military at war.
